劳动力迁移的两个过程及其制度障碍

| 英文摘要： | This paper examines institutional barriers by differentiating migration into two processes :(1)moving out from the countryside , and (2)settling in the city .The reform has motivated young farmers to step the first process, whereas the remaining barriers block up further mobility by deterring the second process. To spring up the migration , the further institutional reform is inevitable . |
