社会变迁与工人社会身份的重构——“失业危机”对工人的意义

| 英文摘要： | The process of urban economic reform results in two related processes .One of them is the process of the interest' s redistribution and the other one is the process of rebuilding boundary of the social identification through symbol system.This paper attempts to analyze the changing process of worker' s social identity based on 26 workers' interviews .The author suggests that the boundaries of worker' s social identity are built by the synthetical elements, including the aim of working , the stratification of the labor markets by the technique and age differentiation , and the powerful capital . |
