“丁字型”社会结构与“结构紧张”

| 摘要： | 本文采用国际社会经济地位指数的方法分析“五普”数据 ,发现中国社会是倒丁字型的社会结构。造成该结构的主要原因是城乡的分隔。丁字型结构造成了持续的“社会结构紧张” ,社会群体之间需求差异太大 ,社会交换难以进行。几乎所有的社会问题 ,都可以从丁字型结构和结构紧张上得到解释。中国社会要想最终从“紧张”走入“宽松” ,需要等待丁字型社会结构的根本转变。最后 ,本文提出了社会结构转变的基本战略。 |
| 英文摘要： | Based on a national survey data, the author examines the prestige stratification in the contemporary Chinese society through the measures of occupational prestige scale and socio-economic index.Results indicate that factors determining individual' s prestige position are education , income , power, the pattern of work unit , and holding discriminated occupation .It also shows that values of universal industrialism dominate Chinese prestige evaluation.At the same time , pluralistic values have impacts on the evaluation . |
