| 摘要： | 本研究以社会运动理论为基本视角,通过对目前中国城市中普遍出现的中产阶层市民组织化维权运动之现状及问题的描述和分析,探讨市民组织化、行动化的主要影响因素,在此基础上进一步对国家—社会关系的演变路径作出说明。作者认为城市中产阶层在房产物业纠纷的维权运动中表现出了相应的权利意识和行动力,而对市民自主组织的政治/法律限制已构成市民组织化表达行动和社会发育的制度瓶颈。 |
| 英文摘要： | In recent years, It was witnessed in the cities throughout China that the emergence of middle-class citizens' organized protests had been constructed against violations of their real estate property rights.Taking an approach of social movements in the investigation of this phenomenon , this study examines the major factors that affect the course and results of these events and, by such analysis, illustrates changing patterns of state-society relationship.In these organized protests, the author would like to argue that Chinese urban middle class has demonstrated an understanding of property rights and an ability to act upon it, while the legal and political system that put restrictions on citizen autonomous organization has become an obstacle to the development of citizen activism and the growth of civil society. |
