中国城市居民的社会网络资本与个人资本

| 摘要： | 基于2003年中国综合社会调查数据,以结构方程模型为分析工具,本文探讨如何测量个人资本和嵌入在社会网络中的社会资本以及两者间的关系;针对中国城市居民的讨论网和拜年网,建立了以网络规模、密度、网顶、网差、职业类型和单位类型的多样性为指标的社会网络资本的测量模型;分析了嵌入在这两个网络中的社会资本与通过权力、财富与声望来测量的个人资本之间的关系,提出情感性网络中的社会资本对个人资本并无影响,而工具性网络中的社会资本对个人资本有显著的正向影响。 |
| 英文摘要： | Based on the data of 2003 Chinese General Social Survey , utilizing the SEM as analyzing instrument, this paper discusses the measurement of individual capital and social capital embedded in soical networks, and the relationship between those two kinds of capitals.Speciealizing for Chinese urbanites' Discussion Network and Chinese New Year greeters' Network, the author constructs a meansurement model of social network capital with six indicators :network scale , network density , network zenith , network interval , diversity of occupation and work unit type.Further more , the author analyses the relationship between social capitals embedded in those two kinds of networks and individual capital measured with power, wealth and prestige , and brings up an argument that the social capital in emotional network has no effect on individual capital, whereas the social capital in instrumental network has significant positive effect on individual capital. |
