| 摘要： | 与注重保护国内市场,以自主品牌的高附加价值产品进行国际竞争的日本古典发展主义不同,中国的新发展主义积极地向外资开放国内市场,以廉价劳动力参加全球生产分工,并以加工贸易为主带动出口和刺激经济增长。中国发展模式的兴起不仅反映了全球化新阶段的不同历史条件,而且也继承了中国鸦片战争以来对外关系方面的历史遗产。 |
| 英文摘要： | Different from the model of classical developmentalism represented by Japan that emphasizes protection of domestic market and competing internationally with high value added products, the Chinese model of neoliberal developmentalism aggressively opens domestic markets to foreign capital , participates in the division of labor in globalized production system, and stimulates economic growth by promoting exportsthrough processing trade.The rise of the Chinese model of economic development not only reflects different historical conditions in the new stage of globalization , but also inherits the legacy of Chinas strategy of dealing with its international relations since the Opium War. |
