环境关心的性别差异分析

| 摘要： | 本文基于2003年中国综合社会调查数据,分析了公众环境关心的性别差异。作者检验了关于环境关心之性别差异的社会化假设与社会结构假设,指出这些假设在本研究中不能得到支持。在引入环境知识这一中介变量的基础上作者认为,应当重新反思关于环境关心之性别差异的理论解释,关注社会化过程与社会结构位置影响的两面性,探索环境关心性别差异生成的具体机制。 |
| 英文摘要： | Using the 2003 China GSS survey data , this paper analyzes the gender difference of environmental concern among Chinese public , focusing on two hypotheses, namely the socialization and the social structural hypotheses .Results show that both are not supported in our sample.After exploring the mediating effect of environmental knowledge , the authors argue that there is a need to rethink the theorizing of the gender difference of environmental concern .We need to note the ambiguity of the influences of individuals' socialization process and social_structural positions, and explore the specific mechanism of the formation of the gender difference of environmental concern . |
